Summary
The amount of glycoprotein, expressed in terms of hexosamine concentration, was determined in lipoprotein fractions of 4 human sera, separated in ultracentrifuge at various densities. On an average, no more than approximately 5% of total serum hexosamine was detected in lipoprotein fractions.
