Abstract
Summary
Triacetyloleandomycin, the fully acetylated derivative of the antibiotic oleandomycin, is hydrolyzed in vivo to at least 6 partially-acetylated esters. In vitro, in vivo, and serum concentration studies in the beagle dog and man are presented for these biologically active esters of triacetyloleandomycin.
