Summary
Fractionation of guinea pig complement by chromatography on diethyl-aminoethyl cellulose has been explored. C'2 and C'4, as well as the components provisionally designated as C'a and C'b which convert EAC'1,4,2 to E∗, can be separated from one another in a single pass, and the fractions so obtained possess good stability.
