Summary
Circulating white blood cells and the upper centrifugal layer of bone marrow cells taken from normal adult chickens caused a high percentage of deaths when injected into embryonic chicks. Considerably lower percentage of deaths was produced by injection of red blood cells, lower centrifugal layer of bone marrow cells, or embryonic blood.
