1. Normal human cerebrospinal fluid has the capacity to bind Co⁶⁰ Vit. B₁₂. 2. This capacity to bind Vit. B₁₂ increases as concentration of radiovitamin is increased. 3. Relationship of Co⁶⁰ B₁₂ binding capacity to protein content is higher for normal cerebrospinal fluid than for normal human serum.
