Abstract
An effective quality assurance program is an integral part of laboratory operations. Its primary goal is to assist in the planning and documentation of studies as well as helping to generate trustworthy reports. An effective program is based on a cooperative attitude, support by management, professional respect, known and communicated requirements, and a system to generate data with integrity.
