111Indium-labeled white blood scan is a highly sensitive imaging technique using radiolabeled leukocytes in the detection of occult infection. We present two cases of occult sinusitis identified with the use of the white blood cell scan. The literature on the subject is reviewed, and indications for the use of white blood cell scans in the detection of sinusitis are discussed.
