Training Effects of One Academic Year on the Instructional Values of MA Students in Confluent Education and Teacher Education: A Second Follow-up Study
A third study of the effect of one year's training on the same 20 MA students in Confluent Education as in a previous study one showed the same significant increases in scores measuring Affective Bias, Personal Growth Orientation, and general humanistic instructional values compared to similar measures of 20 MA students in Teacher Education. The latter scored significantly lower than Confluent students both before and after training.
