To examine views of graduate students on teachers' participation in educational decision making, 50 women and 40 men, whose ages ranged between 20 and 50 years, responded to a questionnaire. Upgrading resource facilities and providing specialized training in planning and development were said to be important in providing teachers skills to make informed decisions on educational matters.
