A comprehensive computer search is indicated when a review of the literature is desired. On the issue of shading on the Rorschach, a search of Psychological Abstracts over the past 5 years indicated a potential pool of 72 articles and 5 chapters or books. Contemporary bibliographic instruction strongly supports use of multidatabase searching.
