Parallel forms of the California Achievement Test were administered in counterbalanced order to 109 students in Grade 4 and 77 in Grade 7. Grade 4 scores for Forms C and D were similar; however, for Grade 7 scores on the two test forms were significantly different. Caution was recommended in their use as parallel test forms.
