Abstract
This study assessed the attitudes of fundamentalist born-again Christians and nonfundamentalists toward homosexuality. Subjects were 151 students. Over-all, fundamentalists were significantly less accepting of homosexuality than nonfundamentalists, and males showed significantly less approval of homosexuality than females. An interaction was also evident, with female fundamentalists approving least of homosexuality and female nonfundamentalists approving most. Male fundamentalists and nonfundamentalists were in between. Implications are discussed.
