The present investigation supports Rotter's (1975) suggestion that scores on the Internal-External Locus of Control Scale (Rotter, 1966) are becoming more external. New normative data based on a sample of 298 students from the same population Rotter utilized are presented. Students are becoming more external, as indicated by scores on the I-E scale.
