Abstract
To know the areas of dissatisfaction and various aspirations of the Senegalese secondary school students we have allowed 700 to express freely their desiderata should they win the jackpot of the national lottery. These wishes have a restriction which is not always the case with similar studies: the wishes expressed here can actually come true. Half of the answers show a clear desire to support their families and the poor, a desire far less frequently reported for subjects drawn from an industrial society.
