The study provides basic psychometric data for those items and scores on the Conflict Resolution Inventory which are used for screening purposes and for the measurement of change. Three-week test-retest reliabilities, normative data for males and females, and intercorrelations among items used for subject selection are reported. The implications of these findings for re' search employing the inventory are discussed.
