Abstract
160 male subjects attending college in the states of Louisiana, Arizona, and Minnesota were classified according to previous armed service and actual combat experience. Students evaluated 13 cases involving questionable ethical behavior in common business activities. In 5 of the 13 cases, significant differences occurred between students compared on a previous armed service status. Students with armed service experience expressed more disapproval of questionable ethical behavior in all cases. There were only two cases where significant differences were observed between veterans compared on previous combat status.
