Twenty-three teachers who had been involved in a week-long self-enhancing education workshop and had been employed in one of two project schools for at least 1 yr. were compared on 11 measures of interaction analysis with 26 teachers who served as controls. Significant differences (p < .05) were found on 6 measures, showing the project teachers had been successful in implementing the self-enhancing education process at the classroom level.
