3 interaction groups were formed and met for 9 sessions. Each group was composed of 5 males and 5 females, including a male and a female who acted as facilitators. The relationship of 6 FIRO-B personality needs of Ss to a criterion measure of genuineness was examined. Ss rated most genuine exhibited low needs in Expressed Control and Expressed Inclusion and high needs in Wanted Control.
