2 quite different indicators of attitudinal orientation were administered to the same set of 211 Ss. Following the suggestions of previous investigators, it was expected that similar attitudinal scores would be obtained from the 2 different types of measures. This expectation held. Significant correlations, in the predicted directions, were found between the two sets of scores.
