Two Wechsler scales and the Stanford-Binet were administered to 24 kindergarten Ss. Combination and split-half short forms were rescored from full WPPSI protocols. Validity of abbreviated forms was checked by correlating them with WPPSI full forms, WISC and SB. Directions for a split-half WPPSI were given. Results indicated that abbreviated forms should be used with caution.
