Training Groups and Professional Training for Mental Health Workers

Abstract

The authors have briefly delineated the major approaches to training groups which predominate today. Special attention was focused on differing global assumptions, focuses and goals. The unique value of two such approaches was then emphasized vis-a-vis the training of mental health workers.
