This paper concerns the report-behavior by outside raters, of reinforcing and fear-producing stimuli for 5 target Ss, on both a Reinforcement and a Fear Survey Schedule. Schedules were filled out by 5 target Ss for themselves and then by available parents and caretakers, as they thought the targets would fill them out. Correlations between the ratings by Ss and the outside raters showed Rater-Rater agreement was greater than Rater-S agreement for both scales.
