Analysis of responses to a 6-item questionnaire from 40 students enrolled in business statistics following the use of programmed instructional material indicated generally positive attitudes, in agreement with previous studies. Additionally, the number of previous exposures to programmed instruction in other courses increased the probability of a positive attitude, suggesting that repeated exposure results in dissipation of negative reactions.
