Two experiments were conducted to determine the effects of Methandrostenolone, an androgenic drug marketed under the trade name Dianabol, on old male rats. Results indicate its value in increasing activity level, weight gain, and responsivity to female rats as measured by bar-pressing behavior and the Peacock-Williams device for measuring bodily movement.
