Abstract
89 Air Force tactical instructors were rated for performance on team problems, and by basic trainees under their supervision, by supervisors, by other tactical instructors, and by themselves for overall teaching effectiveness. Intercorrelations of ratings indicated that: (a) none of the ratings of teaching effectiveness was significantly correlated with performance test ratings; (b) the teaching effectiveness ratings showed fairly high intercorrelations; and (c) supervisor, self, and peer ratings were not significantly correlated with student ratings.
