Abstract
The purpose of this article was to study the influence of visual impairment on the quality of participation in social relationships with peers. Analysis indicated that the presence of visual impairment is a significant predictor of the quality of participation in one-to-one and larger group interactions. Nevertheless, there are specific social skills like verbal skills, body language, play skills, cooperation skills, and expression and recognition of emotions skills which contribute more to the quality of social interactions among children.
