Abstract
Because music festivals have proved highly beneficial to young people of secondary school age, the author recommends more festivals designed especially for college students. Citing the successful festivals sponsored by the collegiate choral, orchestra, and band associations in Pennsylvania, he points the way to better performance and muisical understanding.
