Abstract
The article “High School Competitive Music Festivals” published in the February-March issue of the JOURNAL, based on a survey made by Mr. Cory, assistant professor of music at the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, is followed in this issue by the findings of the survey of noncompetitive festivals in the United States.
