Abstract
HIGH POINTING the 1947-48 music education scene graphically pictured in these columns will be the biennial National Convention in Detroit, Michigan, April 17-22. The convention will climax the first year of the Music Education Advancement Program in which the activities of the state associations are major contributing factors—particularly in connection with the special projects and other phases of the program discussed elsewhere in this issue.
