Abstract
MEMBERS of the Editorial Board who reviewed Mr. Cooper's article were unanimous in their approval of the article for the Journal. It is heartening to know that our cultural assets are being shared with the people of other countries. Music educators will be interested in Mr. Cooper's recommendation that one of the areas of activities which needs considerable dissemination in other countries is "the presentation of some of the techniques of music education in all levels of education which have been so extensively cultivated in this country." Music educators of the United States have an opportunity to contribute to this dissemination and exchange through participation and membership in the International Society of Music Education.
