Abstract
These Pages illustrate an interesting “creative correlation” project developed at Emerson Junior High School in Enid, Oklahoma, and presented at the 1951 convention of the MENC Southwestern Division in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The seventh- and eighth-grade pupils of the fourteen general (vocal) music classes in Enid participated in the project under the guidance of Jeanette O'Connor, vocal music instructor, to whom the Journal is indebted for the pictures and the story.
