Abstract
Irvin Cooper, formerly director of music in the public schools of Montreal, Canada, more recently head of the Music Education Department of McGill University Montreal, and this year going to Florida State University at Tallahassee as professor of music education, has appeared frequently in the United States as lecturer and adjudicator.
