Abstract
BUT there is business on hand and much more of it ahead for music teachers who recognize the basic purpose of music in education, keep the facts in mind, and their feet—and their pupils' feet—-on the ground. Aggressive, forward-looking music leadership in the community, wise and fair vocational counsel for students, are among the essentials indicated by the author of this article.
