Abstract
The problem of political stability in the transitional period of China is a topic of great concern for Chinese and for- scholars, many of whom have analyzed this topic with different theories and methods. In this paper, institutional theories are empployed in investigate the influences of the institutional balance of the Chinese government on the interests of different subjects and possible changes in the political environment. It is believed that the Chinese government plays a dominant role in the process of market development in connection with the economy. The provision of institutions by the government the Chinese government of maintaining the balance of interests throughout society by means of institutional balance is the of political stability in China.
