Abstract
Certain identifiable student groups are underrepresented and/or experience difficulties with degree completion in technical majors. In this project, mathematics and computer science faculty, alumni in these disciplines, and student development personnel collaborated to provide support for these students. Preliminary data suggests that a combination of career exploration and mentoring is helpful to these students in refining and pursuing their educational and career goals.
