Abstract
The use of simulations and games to enhance the educational process has been on-going for many years. Recently, with the arrival of powerful personal computers and multimedia software programs, educators and administrators in all phases of education can develop their own simulations for educational uses. This simulation was designed to provide a practical application of current simulation technology with a course in graduate level decision-making and educational administration. The research was also designed to provide a means of accessing results of learning after a block of instruction was provided on decision-making. Lastly, the research was conducted to explore multimedia technology available to educators, its feasibility, costs and time involved in providing a well-documented procedure for using the technology. This work shows that educators and trainers can produce effective simulations for educational uses with minimal time, resources, and experience with simulations.
