Abstract
A two-hour workshop designed to acquaint participants with the range, individuality, controllability, responsiveness and sources of their imagery is described. Attention is paid to both process and content dimensions of the workshop. Relationships between imagery, imagination and creativity are described and exercises selected to sequentially and specifically illustrate these principles are detailed. In addition, several aspects of the emotional impact of information variables are considered and imagery is used to both illuminate them and demonstrate their manipulation.
