Abstract
The process of helping individuals discover their purpose and explore its attunement with their work can be extended to groups. Individuals with disparate points of view can develop a group-self and become a truly unified caring collective. By engaging each other as human beings, physicians, nurses, and other care providers can develop an interresponsive connection that optimizes a caring and healing environment for all.
