This is a collaborative postdoctoral story. We were visiting scholars at the International Institute of Qualitative Inquiry at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Our stories are about the bike with the pink tires that we shared to ride around campus. We thought while we rode and reflected upon our different realities in our countries, our research work, and our dreams. We constituted a safe and inspiratory network, and this has had a positive impact on our lives. The bike with the pink tires leans calmly against the wall of the Armory building, guarding the gate, always welcoming us as we return from abroad.
