Optical Analysis of 12 C/ 13 C and 12 C/ 14 C Ratios in Carbon Dioxide,by Measurements on the CO + Spectrum in the Wavelength Interval between 210 and 250 nm

Abstract

Optical analysis of carbon isotopes by emission spectroscopy has been investigated by measuring the first negative band system of CO⁺. The optical analysis for the abundances of carbon-13 and carbon-14 can be carried out with a SD of 0.05 at. %.
