A technique for the spectrochemical determination of germanium in samples having varying matrices using Addink's Constant Temperature D C Arc Method is described. While the precision of the method is 11% (expressed as standard deviation), it is possible to analyze entirely different samples by means of a single working curve. The K-value for Ge 2651.18 is given in terms of Addink's K-values.
