Abstract
A simple, rapid, and accurate method for determining sugar contents in plant-cell culture media by mid-infrared (MIR) spectroscopy was developed by using a Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectrometer equipped with an attenuated total reflectance (ATR) accessory.
