Abstract
The Director's Forum series is designed to guide pharmacy leaders in establishing patient-centered services in hospitals and health systems. This month's article continues the focus on the use of mind mapping to clarify and simplify complex pharmacy department issues. At the ASHP Foundation's Pharmacy Leadership Academy, faculty use mind maps to prepare a summary of the participants' responses to the week's content. The mind mapping process clarifies the discussion and illustrates the conclusions that are drawn.
