Abstract
“Patient-centric” likely means many different things to different people. Some may argue that patient-centric is a philosophical approach to how care is provided. Others may argue that patient-centric is demonstrated by the resources provided to patients to enable them to be proactive participants in their own care. In this installment, we describe several different ways that a practice can be patient-centric.
