Abstract
With this installment we return to a topic that was the focus of this column for several years. The handheld computer market exploded in the late 1990s, with Palm leading the way for many years—especially among health care providers, pharmacists included. Much has changed since then, especially for Palm, which is the focus of this installment. We describe the new Palm Pre, drawing on existing published reports of this soon-to-be-available device.
