Semantic web sites that are designed and developed using well defined software quality parameters particularly those related to customers' satisfaction should perform well over the global business. In this paper several parameters are considered and a parameter matrix is proposed. A number of leading websites have been evaluated using this matrix and the evaluation results are presented.
