Abstract
In our July issue, we began our report on the UK's Institute of Acoustics Spring conference, “The Heart of Building Acoustics”, and that report featured work presented on Room Acoustics and the design and realisation on broadcasting studios. In this second part of the report, the concept of ‘sustainability’, how it can impact on design decisions by acousticians, is considered, and the important topic of school, or classroom, acoustics is reported on.
