Abstract
Following publication of the text of the Physical Agents (Vibration) Directive in the Official Journal of the European Communities (L717 Vol 45, p12, dated 06/07/2002)), it has now come into force with the weight of Law. Member States have three years, from 6th July 2002, to implement it.
