Abstract
A Working Party of the International Institute of Noise Control Engineering (I-INCE) has studied the long-term success of international vehicle noise regulations on reducing road traffic noise. The Working Party, which had 13 members from 10 countries, concluded that there will be little further progress until tire noise is controlled.1
