Abstract
Based on field test of the head cover in a hydraulic turbine, the measured vibration signals are analyzed in the time domain and frequency spectrum, and the relation between the vibration fengfeng value and the load is demonstrated. The field test method is used to analyze the vibration of the head cover to look for the reasons producing high frequency noise, through analyzing the vibration signal of the head cover under different load. The results show that when the unit operates in load 120 MW - 180MW, the vibration of the head cover is larger, causing the high frequency noise in the unit.
